We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the US on orders over $35. Free shipping methods may include USPS First Class, USPS Ground, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground shipping depending on the size and weight of the item(s). Please select the free shipping option during checkout. A discount for the amount of shipping will be applied during checkout to US addresses. Expedited shipping is available on orders over $35 for an additional charge.
We normally ship items within 1-2 business days of receiving orders. Any exceptions to this will be clearly posted on the detail page of the item.
First Class shipping usually takes 2-7 business days for delivery from the date that we ship. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days from the date that we ship. We also offer Express Mail at standard rates where available. All shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by us. Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to inclement weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.
You can generally estimate the delivery date of your order by adding the time that it takes to process and ship the item plus the shipping time for the type of shipping specified. Please remember to calculate only "business days". We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
You can check the status of your order any time by visiting the order status page. We try to update this page with information as soon as it is available. Our system will automatically notify you of order status changes. If you do not receive an order status update, please check your spam folder. It may have been blocked by a spam filter somewhere along the way. You can call us for an update at any time.
If you reach our voice mail (i.e. Before 8:00AM or after 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time, weekends or holidays), please remember to include your name, order number, phone number or some other way to identify your order. We really do try to go above and beyond with regard to communicating with our customers but we simply won't know who you are or how to reach you unless you tell us. We return phone calls and e-mails as quickly as possible on the next business day.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so you'll come back over and over and recommend us to your friends. You may either exchange or return your TummyWear purchase for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days for any reason.
- Returned or exchanged items must be in "like new" condition.
- Personal products, such as lotions and creams, cannot be returned.
- Shipping and gift wrapping charges can not be refunded.
- Actual shipping charges for purchases that qualified for Free Shipping may not be refunded if items are returned or exchanged.
- Charges incurred from "refusing" a package delivered to the provided address will not be refunded.
- Items sent for refunds or exchanges should be mailed using delivery confirmation.
- We can not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Returns and Exchanges of Personal Products and Pillows
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of personal items, such as nursing bras and undergarnments, pillows, or health and beauty lotions and creams. In the rare event that you receive items with a manufacturer's defect, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks of purchase.
I don't know about you, but it REALLY bothers us when companies give out our personal information...or worse, sell the information to other companies. At TummyWear, we don't do that.
All personal information received will only be used to process credit card payments and to ship merchandise. We do not sell, give away, rent, loan, barter or in any other way share customer information with anyone.
